Shipping policy

• We roast every week. Your order ships from that week's roast if we have it in stock, or is roasted fresh for you. The roast date and best-before date (6 weeks after roasting) are printed on every bag, and we always dispatch with at least 2 weeks left before the best-before date.
• Roasted to order; dispatched within 2 days of roasting.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Remote areas can take longer.
• Shipping costs ₹200 per order, and is free above ₹2,000, including subscription deliveries. The charge is shown before you send your order and confirmed when we reply.
• We ship within India through courier partners and send your tracking number on WhatsApp.
• We don't offer cash on delivery.
• If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the courier couldn't deliver, we'll reship it for the cost of postage or refund your order less the original shipping charge.
• Problems with a delivery are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.
• For business orders, freight is quoted separately, and consignments above ₹50,000 travel with an e-way bill.
