Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from this website. It is run by ANAA Coffee (“ANAA”, “we”, “us”), a business registered in Andhra Pradesh, India, GSTIN 37CCZPB7060C1ZG. Using the website itself is covered by our terms of use, and how we handle your data by our privacy policy.
You accept these terms when you tick the box at checkout and send your order. They form an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.
1. Who can buy
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order.
- We deliver only to addresses in India.
2. Our coffee
- Coffee is an agricultural product. Flavour notes describe what we taste when cupping; your cup will vary with water, grind and brewing.
- Co-fermented coffees are fermented with fruit or flowers at the farm, during processing, as described on each coffee's page and by its producer. We don't add flavouring.
- Producer, farm, variety and process details come from the producers and importers we buy from. We check them as carefully as we can, but they may occasionally be incomplete.
- The artwork on the site is illustration, not a photograph of the pack. Net quantity, roast date and best-before date are printed on every pack.
- Limited drops have a per-order limit and are sold first come, first served once released.
3. Prices
- Prices are maximum retail prices (MRP) in Indian rupees, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping is shown separately before you send your order.
- We may change prices on the website at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before you pay, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
4. How an order works
- Checkout sends your order to us on WhatsApp (+91 79951 91349). This is a request; nothing is charged yet.
- We reply to confirm availability, shipping and the total, and share UPI or bank-transfer details.
- The contract between us is formed when we confirm that your payment has reached us. We then send your order reference and, where applicable, a GST invoice.
We may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out, the address can't be served, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
5. Delivery
See our shipping policy. Ownership and risk of the coffee pass to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations, refunds and your rights
See our refund & cancellation policy. We never charge a cancellation fee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to a replacement or refund for goods that are defective or not as described.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are covered by our subscription terms in addition to these terms.
8. Business and wholesale orders
For cafés, roasteries and other business buyers, the quotation we send sets out the price, quantities and delivery terms, and these terms apply to everything else. We issue a tax invoice in your business name with your GSTIN when you give it to us. Consignments above ₹50,000 travel with an e-way bill.
9. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care.
- We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses on a consumer order, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (section 10).
- Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Events outside our control
We aren't in breach if a delay or failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, government action or shortages from our producers. We'll tell you as soon as we can, and if your order can't be fulfilled you can cancel for a full refund.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you send your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — WhatsApp +91 79951 91349 or email support@anaacoffee.in — and we'll aim to resolve it within one month. Courts in Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows.
13. General
- These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between us for your order.
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
